Right of Withdrawal

No right of withdrawal for custom-made products

Our products are custom-made for you only after an order is placed.
Therefore, according to § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB, there is no right of withdrawal.

This means: Returns or exchanges are not possible, except in the case of a defective or wrongly delivered item.

Should your product be damaged, faulty, or wrongly delivered, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at:

Please send us a photo of the item concerned and a brief description of the problem.
We will review your request promptly and, if necessary, arrange for a free repair or replacement delivery.
