General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through our Friendrino online shop, operated by Friendrino GbR.

3. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.
By clicking the order button, you place a binding order. The contract is concluded upon our acceptance of your order via a confirmation email.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices include statutory VAT (if applicable) and exclude shipping costs.
Further information on shipping and delivery times can be found on the corresponding information page in the shop.

5. Payment
The payment methods offered in the shop are available to you.
Payment is made immediately upon completion of the order process.

6. Delivery
Delivery is carried out by our production and shipping partner Printful.
Delivery time is generally 5–20 business days, depending on the product and shipping destination.
Please note that for individually printed products, different delivery times may apply.

7. Right of Withdrawal / Returns
Since our products are individually custom-made, there is no statutory right of withdrawal according to § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB (German Civil Code).
Returns are only possible in the event of defects or incorrect delivery.

8. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

9. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply.
In the event of a defect, please contact info@project-f.eu with your order number and a photo.

10. Liability
We are liable without limitation for damages caused by gross negligence or intent.
In all other respects, our liability for slightly negligent breaches of duty is limited to the foreseeable, typical damage for the contract.

11. Dispute Resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

12. Final Provisions
German law applies.
Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, the remainder of the contract shall remain valid.
