No right of withdrawal for custom-made products

Our products are custom-made for you only after an order has been placed.
Therefore, according to § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB, there is no right of withdrawal.

This means: A return or exchange is not possible, except in the case of a defective or wrongly delivered item.

Complaint in case of defects or wrong delivery

If your product was damaged, faulty, or incorrectly delivered, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at:

Please send us a photo of the item in question and a brief description of the problem.
We will review your request immediately and, if necessary, arrange for a free repair or replacement delivery through our production partner.
